Mr Rajan Mathai, Ambassador of India in France

Rajan Mathai has been the Ambassador of India in France since January 2007.

He has had a large career in diplomacy for over 33 years, holding various posts as Ambassador of India in Israel, Quatar as well as in Indian Embassies of many other countries.

His focus are to develop the political relationship between Indian and French leaders, to foster the trade exchange between India and France and lastly to increase the number of tourists going to India.
